| How to check the status of my Grievance? | ||||
To check your grievance status go to the home page, and click on View Action Status then enter your registration number, what you have got earlier after submitting your grievance, and password (if any) along with the security code. if your regidtration number, password and security code are correct you will get the detailed statatus of your grievance. |

| How to change password for my Grievance? | ||||
To change password for your Grievance first go to home page, and click on change your grievance password link then then you will be redirected to the page where you will be asked to enter your Registration Number, existing password and new password along with the security code, enter all these and press “Submit”. | How to send reminder for my Grievance? | ||||
If you want to send a reminder for your earlier lodged grievance then you will have to go to the home page, and then click on the link Lodge Reminder/Clarification, this will redirect you to the page where you will have to enter your Registration number, Password (if any) and description of the reminder being sent along with the security code. Remember to select the Reminder from the select radio buttons and press “Submit”. Your Reminder will be sent and you will be notified. |

| What to do if I forget password for a lodged grievance? | ||||
In case if you forget password for your grievance then go to the home page, and then click on the link Lodge Reminder/Clarification in this page you will find a link (at the bottom) Forgot Password, Clicking on the this link will redirect you to the forgot password page. Once you reach to the forgot password page you will be asked to enter your registration number and security code, enter these field correctly and press “Submit” your password will be retrieved. | Top | |||
| How to reply for a clarification? | ||||
If you are sought for a clarification then you can send the clarification from the portal itself. Go to the home page, and then click on the link Lodge Reminder/Clarification, this will redirect you to the page where you will have to enter your Registration number, Password (if any) and description of the Clarification being sent along with the security code. Remember to select the Clarification from the select radio buttons and press “Submit”. Your Clarification will be sent and you will be notified. | Top | |||
| How to upload a document along with my Grievance? | ||||
If you have any document that you want to send along with your grievance then you can upload that document during the process of lodging your grievance. To upload a document there is a field named Upload(Relevant Document) followed by a button “Chose File ”. Clicking on that button will open an window from where you can select the document what you want to upload. | Top | |||
| How to get an Acknowledgement for a lodged Grievance? | ||||
After successful submission of every Grievance you can see the registration number in the conformation page, this page is the initial acknowledgement for you regarding your grievance. You can take a printout of that page for further references and the final acknowledgement will be sent to your postal address. | Top | |||

| How to provide the old reference number while lodging the grievance? | ||||
Even after getting final reply for your grievance you can use the reference number of your old grievance at the time of lodging a new grievance if the new grievance is for the same department under the same subject. In the lodge grievance page you can find an option Have you earlier lodged the grievance to the above Department on the same subject? under this section if you select yes then five text fields will appear automatically to enter old grievance registration numbers, here you can enter the old grievance registration numbers. | Top | |||
